Fanatec has officially revealed the long-awaited Podium Pedals, and they are announced to be be some of the most advanced, customizable pedals ever made for sim racers.
Develope in Germany with direct feedback from professional drivers, these pedals are all about precision, durability, and control.

Finally, after almost 10 years from the Fanatec V3 Pedals, a product that changed the sim racing industry forever (and it’s still quite good in 2025), we have a new flagship pedals set.

Let’s look at the specs more in detail:

Built Like Real Race Car Hardware

Each pedal is crafted from CNC-machined and forged aluminum, giving them a solid, race-grade feel. Fanatec has focused on eliminating flex, ensuring every press translates directly to the virtual track with absolute accuracy.

Brake: Strength Meets Control

The new forged aluminum brake features a 200 kg load cell sensor and Fanatec’s patented elastomer compression control system. The result? A brake pedal that reacts like the real thing — with natural resistance buildup and incredible modulation. You can even swap in optional linear springs (included) for a softer feel.

Smart Adjustability Across All Pedals

Every pedal includes tool-free adjustments for travel, preload, and resistance. The clutch pedal introduces a patented bite-point slider, letting you fine-tune the resistance peak for a realistic engagement feel — a first for Fanatec.

Smarter Software, Better Feel

Through the Fanatec App, users can tweak pedal curves, sensitivity, and dead zones, saving profiles directly to internal memory. That means your setup stays consistent on PC, PlayStation, or Xbox, without reconfiguration.

Not “Active” — But Still a Step Forward

Unlike Simucube’s ActivePedal, which uses motorized force feedback to simulate pedal resistance dynamically, the Fanatec Podium Pedals remain mechanical (passive).

There are no motors or active feedback systems inside. Instead, Fanatec focuses on load cell precision, elastomer control, and mechanical feel.
For most sim racers, this means fewer parts to maintain, instant response, and a design closer to what’s found in real race cars.

When will the Fanatec Podium Pedals be available

Fanatec has confirmed that the Podium Pedals will launch in Q1 2026

How much will the Fanatec Podium Pedals cost?

Pricing hasn’t been announced, but based on the premium materials and advanced design, we expect it will be high-end range above the ClubSport Pedals V3. The Podium Pedals will likely enter the $/€600–800 range, depending on configuration.

Do the Podium Pedals work on consoles?

Yes. Fanatec confirmed that the pedals store custom calibration profiles internally, so settings made via the Fanatec App will also work on PlayStation and Xbox, not just PC.

Are the Fanatec Podium Pedals motorized?

No
